Surgical Team
The clinic from which we operate is one of the longest established private cosmetic surgery wards in Hungary (since 1994). Of particular importance to our patients is that it is located at one of Budapest's major hospitals. This ensures all possible facilities at our disposal including an ITU ward.
Our team of plastic surgeons have been treating local and Western European (initially mostly German and Austrian) patients for many years with great success. The total number of cosmetic procedures at our ward is in excess of 1000 annually (the highest in Hungary). More recently (past 4-5 years) increasing number of patients from the UK and Ireland have turned to our services for their cosmetic interventions.
Pál Wagner MD
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Dr. Wagner has been a surgeon since 1991. He has been practising as a consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon for the past 16 years. His former patients include some of the best known celebrities in Hungary including models and actresses. In fact you could say he himself is a celebrity in his own right. Dr Wagner speaks English and German.
Afshin Dehghani MD
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Dr. Dehghani graduated in 1993 and has been a surgeon since 1999. He has been a consultant plastic surgeon since 2002. He is amongst one of the most sought after cosmetic surgeons in the country. He grew up in United Kingdom and has since been back to the UK both as a medical student and a visiting consultant plastic surgeon (Royal free Hospital, London).
Gyula Laszlo MD EBOPRAS
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Dr. László graduated from medical school in 1994 and has been a surgeon since 2000. He has been a consultant plastic surgeon since 2003. Dr László is one of only a handful of Hungarian plastic surgeons who has been certified by the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery after successfully passing the European Board Examination in Plastic Surgery. Along with Dr Dehghani he has extensive experience in treating British and Irish patients. Dr László speaks very good English.
Mohammad T. Jaberansari MD PhD MRCSEd
Senior SPR in Plastics, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery
Dr Jaberansari graduated in 1995. He then focused on obtaining his PhD degree after which he returned to the UK where he had grown up as a young boy. He has over 5 years of surgical experience in the UK alone and has recently returned to Hungary to further his training in plastic surgery. He is also the most active academically with a number of international publications to his name. He is a full member of both GMC and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. We count on Dr Jaberansari’s international experience to ensure all our patients receive high quality medical services in par if not above that in their home countries.
Tamás Németh MD
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Dr Tamas Neméth, graduated from Semmelwies University in 1997. He began his surgical training in Budapest and became a consultant General Surgeon in 2003. He embarked upon training in plastic surgery in 2006 and successfully obtained his specialist status in 2009 from the very same university. During this period he also undertook fellowships both in Spain and Argentina. Along with the essential Hungarian medical society memberships, he is also a member of the Irish Medical Chamber. He has also extensive experience in surgical treatment of morbid obesity (bariatric surgery). He speaks English, Spanish and Russain in addition to his native Hungarian.
